FINALLY DOMINION COMES TO RANDOLPH COUNTY WV BUT NOT TO TALK TO THE LAND OWNERS 20 MILES SOUTH SPOKE11-5-14 AT ELKINS CHAMBER COMMERCE LUNCHEONNOTE: THEY REFUSE TO HAVE AN OPEN HOUSE TO SHOW MAPS AND SPEAK WITH RESIDENTS GREED VS COMMON SENSE |
IS A FOOL PROOF WAY TO GET THE 25 MILES THEY NEED
IN RANDOLPH COUNTY, WV for their 550 mile long methaneline.
THEY HAVE CREATED A NEW "PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX"
that will grow to TWO MILLION DOLLARS a year by 2022.
NOTE: This action is WITHOUT speaking to the Randolph County Assessors
office who is our elected official and her job is TAXES!!!
This is the SAME land that DOMINION plans to CONDEMN through DOZENS
of TWO YEAR court battles to GAIN eminent domain [it is NOT given by FERC].
Four years later [if there is no horrific explosion or fire within the 20 miles of methane that would be released if there was a drop in pressure between the TWO block valve meters on either end of Tygart Valley] the SAME LAND
would THEN be worth MILLIONS for the county.
NOTE: THIS IS PRIVATE LAND OWNED BY PEOPLE.
!!! - AT LEAST WE NOW KNOW WHAT THE 200' ROW is worth!!!!!!!
Great for the new attorneys coming on board, here are the figures!!!!
BUT....the land owners are NOT fools, the are NOT ignorant, they are very smart.
The residents of Mill Creek and Huttonsville,WV have independenty, individually, and consistently told Dominion and Doyle Land Services
"NO SURVEY PERMIMSSION
UNTIL I SEE THE MAP
YOU HAVE OF MY LAND
AND GET ANSWERS"
Dominion offered one large land owner a FLAT $1000 easement fee to cross three huge parcels for the 14.5 deep trench.
The response was "PER INCH?"
Dominion has met in private with the Randolph County Commission,
announcing at the ELKINS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE on Nov 5th
the creation of this NEW TAX.
President Chris See lives in the vicinity of the methaneline and his constituents,
the ignored residents of Mill Creek and Huttonsville are VERY VERY interested
in where he stands on this corruption attempt. Time to shine!
